Our latest addition and fast becoming a hit with our vacationing guests is Buckeye Cabin. Buckeye was first offered to rent July 4, 2008 and has been popular since. This cabin features 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed in one and a double bed in the other, a huge stone wood burning fireplace in the living room, and a large deck covering two sides of the cabin. Part of the deck is under roof and part is in the sun allowing you to sunbathe or be out of the rain while still enjoying the outdoors.

Buckeye Cabin, in keeping with the features of all of our other cabins, has a fully equipped country kitchen, including microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots, pans and silverware. The living room's most prominent feature is the beautiful wood burning fireplace that you will enjoy on those cooler evenings and in the winter. You will also have television with satellite programming and a DVD player.

Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with 1 double bed, linens included -- sheets, blankets and comforter. The accommodations are suitable for 4 persons. The bathroom with a shower is just off the bedrooms. You will need to furnish your own towels for showers, paper products and charcoal for your outdoor cooking. An initial load of firewood is available with your cabin and if you need more while on your vacation, it will be delivered to you at $10 per load.

Buckeye Cabin has a lawn, fire pit/picnic area and lawn furniture. It is located in a wooded setting and the deck faces out to the wooded area. From Buckeye Cabin's side deck, you can see Sunburst Locust Cabin approximately 500 feet away. Buckeye Cabin, offering you the solitude you need, is located on "Lois Lane" just off Fulmer Road.
