The bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, linens included -- sheets, blankets and comforter. There is also a bathroom with a shower just off the bedroom. You will need to furnish your own towels for showers, paper products and charcoal for your outdoor cooking on the furnished grill.
Sugar Pine Cottage is in a lawn setting with trees all around it. This cabin has a large front and back porch, a gazebo with a swing, picnic table, outdoor fire ring and charcoal grill. The back porch includes picnic table and wood lawn furniture. From Sugar Pine's back porch, you can see the other adjacent cabin, Hemlock Haven, approximately 500 feet away.
Sugar Pine Cottage is located on a corner at the intersection of Forest and Fulmer Roads, across from Trail's End Restaurant. The front porch of Sugar Pine Cottage is approximately 150 feet from Forest Road, 150 feet from Fulmer Road and 175 feet from our home office.

| Cancellation Policy If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation by noon fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date, and we re-book your cabin, your deposit will be refunded less a re-booking fee. Or, if you cancel your reservation and we re-book your cabin, your deposit, less a re-booking fee, may be applied to a future visit within 6 months. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel within the fourteen (14) day period prior to your reservation date. Persons who arrive late or depart early receive neither a credit nor a refund. |
