Sawmill Craft and Art Center  offers activities all summer long including painting, sculpting and wood carving classes. The Sawmill Art Center also sponsors festivals and produces live theatrical productions. You may check out the Sawmill's web site for listings of plays, musicals and other events for the year.

Cook Forest State Park Environmental Programs are free to the general public. Just click on their link to go to their website to find out all about their events.

MS Bike Tour - Cook Forest River Ride is being held Saturday September 15, 2007 starting at Shelter # 2 in Cook Forest. Proceeds benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and help to fight this devastating illness. Sign up at their website: www.nationalmssociety.org.

Autumn Leaf Festival Scheduled for the Fall each year in Clarion, Pennsylvania, just 20 minutes from Cook Forest Top Hill Cabins. Attend week long festivities while enjoying your stay in our cabins. Clarion's upcoming activities are listed at the Clarion Chamber of Commerce's web site. Sept 29 thru Oct 7, 2007.

Gingerbread Tour featuring antique and specialty shops, crafters' homes and artist's studio. This tour, featuring gift items that are hand crafted, is held the first calendar weekend in November of each year from 10 to 5 each day, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 2, 3 and 4 in 2007.

Easter Sunrise Services at Cook Forest State Park, Ridge Campground area, are held at 7:00 a.m. on Easter Sunday. If deciding to attend this service, please plan on arriving early to Ridge Campground area, about 6:30 a.m., to get good seat. Ridge Camp is across from the Fire Tower Road on Route 36. Please bring your own lawn chairs.

Ground Hog Day in Punxsutawney each year falls on February 2. Punxsutawney is only 45 minutes from our cabins allowing you to stay in one of our cabins and attend the Ground Hog Day events to celebrate Punxsutawney Phil each year.
