Inside, the cabin features an open living, kitchen, and dining area that makes it easy to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and single-serve Keurig, along with all cookware and essentials. The living room includes a gas log fireplace and satellite TV, with an auxiliary furnace for cooler evenings. A full bathroom with a shower is also included.
Twin Oaks sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms. The main bedroom features one queen bed, while the second bedroom includes double bunk beds—making it especially well-suited for families with children.
Outside, you’ll find a quiet, private setting with a large porch, swing, and seating area for relaxing. The picnic area includes a fire pit, picnic table, and charcoal grill—perfect for campfires, outdoor meals, and enjoying the natural surroundings.
Twin Oaks Cabin accommodates a total of 6 persons. The base rate is for 4 persons. There is an additional $15 per person for each person over 4 in Twin Oaks Cabin.
Pre-approved pets are $15 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per cabin.

Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation by noon thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a re-booking fee of $75.00. Or, you may choose to apply your deposit, less the re-booking fee to a future visit within 6 months. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel within the thirty (30) day period prior to your reservation date. Persons who arrive late or depart early receive neither a credit nor a refund.
During your stay in the cabin(s), the Owner strives to maintain the property so that you, the Guest, experience a clean and safe stay. While there may be circumstances beyond the Owner's control, the Owner will make reasonable efforts to deal with any malfunctions. The Owner cannot refund any monies due to such malfunctions but will respond as quickly as possible to make repairs or restore services. Power failures due to storms, etc. are considered beyond the Owner's control and will not constitute a refund of money. The Owner shall have the right of access to the Premises for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your advance reservation is 50% of your rental fee and is to be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Deposits can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, your debit card, check or money order.

Nice location. The cabin was exactly was described. We enjoyed the fire ring at night, nothing porches give you a view for wildlife. We saw turkey out back and deer on the front porch. The only downside was the bathroom was very tight for showering.
Overall we had a wonderful time and the cabin was just perfect for us.
I would recommend staying here.
Great accommodations, clean indoors and out! Private but close to activities. Lois was very responsive and easy to work with.

It was a very clean, well furnished little place. Ultimately a perfect basecamp for a trip like ours, only needing a place to sleep and regroup while spending the majority of time exploring the area. Great location for proximity to Allegheny National Forest and Cook State Forest. Everything worked as expected, no major surprises except the bathroom is a little tight and wouldn't recommend for someone with a large build. It fit the bill overall and was a great value, better than the tent camp we originally planned when the forecast turned out to be wet and chilly.

My boyfriends family came a lot as a kid, this is my first time and I love it! So much to do. The cabin is beautiful. Very clean and comes with all essentials.

Love renting these cabins and the area is great. Top Hill is the only place we have rented from. Minor things that we let the owners know about but we will definitely stay again. This was our 3rd stay.
