This air conditioned cabin has a Queen size bed, fully equipped Kitchen, living room area with Satellite TV and Wood Burning Fireplace.
Sugar Pine Cottage features a fully equipped country kitchen, including microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, regular coffee pot plus a 1 cup Keurig coffee pot, dishes, cookware and silverware. In the living room there is a beautiful wood burning fireplace, television with satellite programming, DVD.
The suite is furnished with a Queen bed, linens included -- sheets, blankets and comforter.
The separate bathroom includes a shower along with the Jacuzzi tub. You will need to furnish your own towels for showers, paper products and charcoal and charcoal lighter fluid for your outdoor cooking on the furnished charcoal grill.
Sugar Pine Cottage is in a lawn setting with trees all around it. This cabin has a large front and back porch, a gazebo with a swing, picnic table, outdoor fire ring and charcoal grill. The back porch includes picnic table and wood lawn furniture. From Sugar Pine's back porch, you can see the other adjacent cabin, Hemlock Haven, approximately 500 feet away.
Sugar Pine Cottage is located on a corner at the intersection of Forest and Fulmer Roads, across from Trail's End Restaurant (a separate business). The front porch of Sugar Pine Cottage is approximately 150 feet from Forest Road, 150 feet from Fulmer Road and 175 feet from our home office. It is also over 500 feet from the nearest cabin, Hemlock Haven Cabin.
You will enjoy evenings on the gazebo swing and roasting marshmallows on the campfire. There are plenty of trees around Sugar Pine Cottage which afford privacy for guests.
Sugar Pine Cottage accommodates a total of 2 persons. Pre-approved pets are $15 per night per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per cabin.Â

Fri & Sat Rate $200/night. Sun-Thurs Rate $175/night. Weekly (7 night rate) $1,085.

Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation by noon thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a re-booking fee of $75.00. Or, you may choose to apply your deposit, less the re-booking fee to a future visit within 6 months. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel within the thirty (30) day period prior to your reservation date. Persons who arrive late or depart early receive neither a credit nor a refund.
During your stay in the cabin(s), the Owner strives to maintain the property so that you, the Guest, experience a clean and safe stay. While there may be circumstances beyond the Owner's control, the Owner will make reasonable efforts to deal with any malfunctions. The Owner cannot refund any monies due to such malfunctions but will respond as quickly as possible to make repairs or restore services. Power failures due to storms, etc. are considered beyond the Owner's control and will not constitute a refund of money. The Owner shall have the right of access to the Premises for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your advance reservation is 50% of your rental fee and is to be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Deposits can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, your debit card, check or money order.

We have been coming to Sugar Pine since 2006 when we were girlfriend and boyfriend. We are married now. This is a quiet little romantic place that both of us share. We can go anywhere but the hospitality from Larry and Lois is First Class! I wanted to take my wife horse back riding but due to the weather, we could not. We just hung out and enjoyed the horses at Silver Stallion.The owner gave us apples to feed the horses. Life is short, enjoy the R n R at Cook Forest. A little R n R goes a long way. "Beautiful Stay"
We had a beautiful stay here at Cook Forest. Our week started a little rocky as our tubing adventure was rained out. We waited out the rain by going to different shops in the Forest and driving to Farmer's Inn at Sigel. We hiked the 1.5 miles up to Seneca Point and the Fire Tower. It was totally worth it! The view was unlike anything I have ever seen before. We got a raincheck on our tubing excursion which we did the next day. Tubing down the river was beautiful!

"Ideal Location"
This place is ideal for us. We found Sugar Pine on-line and are happy we found it! We got a chance to enjoy some cold weather, each other's company, light the fire, watch some movies, drink coffee and do nothing! We played some cards, sat around and laughed, realizing that being together is what it's all about!

This was our first trip to Cook Forest together and we could not have picked a better place than Sugar Pine to stay at! We were surprised with how nice it was. This was the perfect place to spend a romantic weekend celebrating our anniversary. We had candle light dinners both nights. We went to Double Diamond Deer Ranch which was a neat experience for us. Without a doubt, we will be back!
